Hydrow.com has a 30-Day Risk-Free Home Trial for its rowers. If not satisfied, customers can contact Hydrow Member Services within 30 days of delivery, and they will arrange a free pickup of the Hydrow rower. They also provide a return shipping label for any accessories. Once the return is complete, customers receive a full refund for the rower and any accessories.

For purchases made directly through Hydrow's Online Store, if customers are not satisfied with their Hydrow rower, they can request a return within 30 days after delivery. However, due to the size and weight of the Hydrow rower, they do not offer a refund for any shipping, delivery, or installation charges that customers may have paid for their Hydrow delivery. Returns are charged an additional return shipping fee of $250, which is deducted from the total amount of the refund.

Hydrow's return policy doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use or accidents, subject to the terms of their Hydrow Home Use Limited Warranty. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method only.

Regarding the shipping policy, Hydrow offers free standard shipping. They deliver the rower to the customer's front door or porch. In-home assembly is also available. For the Hydrow Wave Rower, it is delivered by a small-parcel carrier like UPS to the porch, outside the front door, or where customers normally receive packages. This delivery option does not include unpacking, assembly, or removal of packing materials.

Hydrow.com provides a billing portal for managing payment methods and billing information. This portal allows users to add a new payment card, update an existing payment card, view billing history, and download invoices. It's important to note that this portal is only for On-Hydrow Memberships and cannot be used to view billing information for an app-only Hydrow Digital Basic membership or items purchased from the online store. To update the payment method or billing information for a purchase financed with Klarna, users are advised to use the Klarna app or contact Klarna directly. For security reasons, users are advised not to email the support team with credit card numbers or other sensitive information. This can only be done through the portal. The membership fee is typically billed monthly, but there is also an option to prepay for a 1-year membership. The billing portal can be accessed at billing.hydrow.com for US users and billing.hydrow.co.uk for UK users. Users can log in using the email address associated with their Hydrow Membership. If the email address has been changed since the user began using Hydrow, the original email address used to purchase may be required. After logging in, users can select the Billing History tab to view their billing history and download invoices.

Hydrow offers two types of rowing machines: The Hydrow and The Hydrow Wave. The Hydrow, the original rower, has a sleek aluminum and steel frame with a 22” adjustable screen. It costs $2,495 USD. The Hydrow Wave, the newest addition, has a black polycarbonate frame with a 16” screen. It is slightly smaller and weighs 30% less than the original Hydrow. The Hydrow Wave costs $1,895 USD.

In addition to the rowing machines, Hydrow offers a membership that provides access to more than 4,000 rowing, yoga, pilates, and strength training workouts. The all-inclusive Hydrow Membership costs $44 per month. This cost is not per user, but per household. If you live with a partner or have other family members at home who may want to use the Hydrow, they do not need to purchase an additional membership. One Hydrow Membership will cover all of you.

If you’re still evaluating whether or not you’re ready to invest in a Hydrow rowing machine for your home, the Digital Basic Subscription – which costs $19.99 per month – can be a great way to take the Hydrow Membership experience for a test drive. While this subscription type can be used without a Hydrow, its functionality and features are limited. For example, your workout data will not be stored for progress tracking, and you will only have access to on-demand content.

Hydrow also offers a range of accessories to enhance your workout experience. These include a machine mat to reduce noise and vibration, an upright storage kit to safely store your Hydrow in an upright position, and a vertical anchor for the Hydrow Wave. They also offer an On the Mat workout kit to support your On the Mat workouts. The prices for these accessories vary.

The warranty periods are as follows: Structural Frame: Five Years, Components, Screen, & Other Electronics: Twelve Months. Components include the handle, strap, seat assembly, and hinge on the screen carriage. Labor is also covered for Twelve Months. This warranty only applies to the residential, in-home use of a Hydrow rower and does not apply to Hydrow's for commercial use. If a Hydrow rower was purchased prior to August 1, 2020, previous terms may apply. For more details on the coverage offered with the Hydrow Extended Limited Warranty and Accidental Damage Protection, one would need to visit the Hydrow website. The Hydrow Extended Limited Warranty and Accidental Damage Protection (Clyde Protection Plan) can be purchased in the same order as your Hydrow rower, or it can be purchased separately within 60 days of your rower's order date. The Hydrow rower must have been purchased from the Hydrow website. The Hydrow Home Use Limited Warranty and Hydrow's Extended Limited Warranty and Accidental Damage (Clyde Protection Plan) only apply to the residential, in-home use of a Hydrow rower.
